The rail vehicles allocated to Battersea Stewarts Lane, comprise models of many of the specialist vehicles that I work with, or have worked with in the past, on the UK railway network and are collectively known as the Stewarts Lane 'Fleet'.

Many of these models are built up from specialist kits and carry a wealth of added detail such as full external weathering, buffer beam details, on-board digital control chips and fully featured on-board sound systems.

The Stewarts Lane fleet can be seen all over the UK from time to time at various model railway exhibitions and many vehicles have even appeared on Television ( Channel 4 ) and also in the model railway press ( Railway Modeller, October 2005 ).

Some vehicles based at Stewarts Lane travelled to Birmingham in 2004, where they played an active supporting role in winning 'The Best Modern Image Layout' trophy, presented by Mr Pete Waterman, for our local model railway society.
