The NSE Saloon and 33/1 combo are based on the following working, which I worked as a Guard, before becoming a Driver.

33 109 + Saloon went for a trip from Acton Mainline, where I boarded, to Amersham, on the LUL, which was a fantastic day out for me, being so new to the job, although me and the conducting guard got told off for not securing the thing with a handbrake when we had to run the Loco round en-route !

My model consists of a Heljan 33/1, with heavily 'corrected' bogie sideframes, weathering & detailing, working in multi with a Britannia Pacific NSE Inspection Saloon.

The pictures here are of my model of the saloon after delivery.........and waiting to enter our workshops for some corrective work to the cabs to make it more........impressive !
