Manor Lane TMD is 8' long x 18" and is scenic along its whole length, with a hidden storage yard underneath the office blocks and motorway.

Track work is Peco Finescale code75.

The layout splits down into three sections , two 3'x18" and one 2'x18".

All boards are constructed on 2"x1" timber frames with legs and braces that plug into the underside of the boards.

The layout has a fireproof curtain along the viewing side, which is held on by large press studs. These also locate and secure a perspex screen by trapping it between the curtain and the edge of the layout. ( Not shown in pics. )

The layout is set in the south east of London,  and is partially electrified with third rail.  Locos and stock date the layout from 1996 onwards,  mostly  from the short lived, and now obsolete  Mainline freight company in the South East, and EWS.

Traction & Rolling stock based at Manor Lane TMD can be seen out and about at various model railway exhibitions across the UK from time to time.
